DATACLOUD USA:
TWO EVENTS. ONE CREW.
DELIVERED BY MORNING.
Techoraco, a Delinian Group company based in the UK, brought two of its flagship conferences to Austin for the first time: Datacloud USA and Metro Connect Fall, co-located at the Austin Marriott Downtown, September 1 to 3, 2026. EVEN Media was the single video and photography crew for both. Three days, four locations, three stages, and a new highlight reel in the client's inbox every morning while the event was still running.

A UK events team, a first-time US venue, and no second chances.
Datacloud USA and Metro Connect Fall are two separately branded conferences for the data center and connectivity industry. In 2026 they shared one venue, one delegate list, and one production window. Techoraco's team was flying in from London. They needed a local crew that could cover both content tracks at once, film the summits and the receptions, shoot the pre-event golf day across town, and still hand over polished content fast enough for their marketing team to post while attendees were still in the building.
The scope grew once we were on site. The Fiber Leaders Forum turned out to be at the Fairmont, a second hotel, on the same day as golf and venue build. We covered it. That is the job.
The official recap, and the golf day that opened it.
Three days, built around the schedule.
Event coverage lives or dies on crew placement. We planned the three days against Techoraco's run of show, then staffed each day for the actual load instead of a flat headcount.
Golf, build, summits, drinks.
Three crew split across Avery Ranch Golf Club for the sponsor golf day, the Fiber Leaders Forum at the Fairmont, and the Marriott for venue build, registration, the executive summits, and the Welcome Drinks reception. A second photographer covered the summits with same-day selects.
Three stages, full day.
Two crew from 7:30am through the evening reception. Keynotes and panels on every stage, roaming floor coverage, and a backdrop interview station where we captured speaker and sponsor testimonials between sessions.
Through the official close.
Two crew covering the final sessions, stand interviews on the expo floor, the VIP lounge, and the closing moments. Day 2's sizzle was already in the client's inbox before the first session started.
Every deliverable in the contract, plus the ones that mattered on the day.
DAILY SIZZLE REELS
A cut from each day's footage, delivered the following morning so Techoraco's team could post it while the event was still live. Edited overnight in Austin, in the client's inbox before their first coffee in London time.
PHOTOS EDITED ON SITE
The contract called for 25 same-day images per day. We delivered more than 570 edited selects in real time across the three days, because the social team was posting from them hour by hour.
FULL EVENT RECAP FILM
The headline piece. Both events, all three days, cut as a single recap for sponsor decks, next year's ticket sales, and the client's YouTube channel.
GOLF DAY PACKAGE
A 60 second vertical cut for social plus a horizontal recap of the sponsor golf day at Avery Ranch, shot by a dedicated crew while the main team built out the venue.
INTERVIEWS CAPTURED
Speaker testimonials, sponsor stand interviews, and a VIP lounge piece, captured at the backdrop station and on the floor. One, a Capacity TV interview Techoraco needed for a partner, we cut to match their channel's house style and delivered as a bonus.
FULL GALLERY + RAW HANDOVER
The complete edited photo gallery, plus semi-raw and raw footage handed over in Frame.io. The client owns everything we shot. No locked files, no per-download fees.
Three days in frames.

Delivered on the deadline. Posted while it mattered.
Every contracted deliverable landed inside the ten business day window: the recap film, the golf package, the full gallery, and the raw handover. The three daily sizzles went out each morning during the event, and the real-time photo edits fed Techoraco's social channels through all three days. The client reviewed the bonus interview cut and called it spot on.
“Very happy with the results.”Event team · Techoraco (Delinian Group)
One crew for stills and motion, editing on site.
Most conference coverage splits video and photography across two vendors and sends everything home to edit. That is how you get a recap three weeks after the hashtag has gone quiet. We run both disciplines under one plan, edit in the venue during the day, and cut the sizzle overnight. The content goes out while the people in it are still tagging each other. For an events company, that is the difference between coverage and marketing.
It also means scope changes on the day are absorbed instead of argued. A second hotel, an extra interview, a partner who needs a cut in their own house style: a crew that owns the whole pipeline can say yes.
Bringing a conference to Austin? This is the crew.
If you run a conference, summit, or sponsor event and you want next-morning content instead of next-month content, the Datacloud pattern is the one we run: one crew for video and photo, staffed to the run of show, editing in the building, with every file handed over at the end. Austin is home, and we travel for the rest.
